Bentley Baptist Church run conversational english classes once a week during school terms.

Classes are Free, and start at 7:00pm on Wednesday nights.

Classes are open to anyone looking at improving their conversational English and we have students from a diverse range of backgrounds including; Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Burma, South Korea, Afghanistan, China and Japan.

Classes are a lot of fun, taught by trained English teachers and open to anyone wanting to improve their English skills.

Basketball

Bentley has 21 Basketball teams playing at Lakeside Recreation Centre on Saturdays.

Junior Youth Group

JYG stands for Junior Youth Group, a programme for primary school kids in years 4-7 that runs during school terms on Friday afternoons from 4:30-6:30 pm. We run a variety of games and activities, eat good food and always have stacks of fun!

Special Offering in November 2010

Bentley Baptist has collected a special offering in November to kick off the fundraising effort for the Sangklaburi Safe House. Our first goal is to raise $2600 to purchase a scooter for the Safe House staff. Details and more information about the Sangklaburi Safe House can be found on our Missions page.

Missions Trip

Bentley’s Lead Pastor Aaron Bradfield, and his wife Zoe, have recently returned from a missions trip to Thailand/ Burma that was organised with the Karen Church that is based at Bentley.

Aaron and Zoe came back excited by the opportunities that are available for our Church to make a positive difference to the lives of people living in difficult conditions in this region.
