Bentley Baptist Church has a commitment to mission, both in a cross-cultural context and in the local community.  We see Mission as an outworking of the instructions of Jesus in Matt 28:19-20 to make disciples of all nations.

We are seeking to provide financial support in specific areas of mission, and are working closely with the Karen Baptist Fellowship to explore ways we can develop mission projects amongst the Karen people. In 2008-09 we raised $25,000 which was used to support training programmes for refugees. We are continuing to explore ways to assist Karen people living in refugee camps in the Thai-Burma border
